What to Expect

What is chronic pain & illness therapy?

Therapy provides space to process the challenges of living with ongoing health conditions. You may want to manage stress during flare-ups, adjust to life after a diagnosis, or simply understand why you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. Together, we start where you need us to.

We can explore how mind and body interact, process grief or frustration connected to health struggles, and build tools for coping with pain and uncertainty. Therapy can foster resilience and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that illness has overshadowed.
