Information we collect
When you use our website, we may collect the name, email address, and phone number you submit through our contact form, consultation booking form, and newsletter signup. We also collect standard usage data — such as pages visited and general location — through cookies and website analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, send The Therapy Corner newsletter to subscribers who opt in, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not use your information for anything you haven't asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate: SimplePractice (scheduling, our client portal, and telehealth), Mentaya (out-of-network claim submission, for clients who opt in), and our email newsletter provider. We never sell your personal information.
A note about health information
This policy covers our website. Clients of the practice receive a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices at intake, which governs their protected health information. Please avoid sending sensitive health details through the website contact form or email, since email is not a fully secure channel.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files that help our website function and help us understand how it's used. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly without them.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
