Support at Every Stage

You don't have to go through this alone

Fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even conflicting — especially when you're surrounded by expectations about what this time should feel like. We meet you where you are in an authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe space.

Founder and lead therapist Hannah Snider, LCSW, holds the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), a specialized credential in the mental health of pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between.

The First Year Circle

The first year with a new baby can be one of the loneliest seasons of life — even when you're never actually alone. The First Year Circle is our therapist-led support group for new parents with babies from birth to age one. Share the real highs and lows, learn coping strategies, and connect with parents who understand. Group dates are announced seasonally.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Who will I be meeting with?

Perinatal work is led by Hannah Snider, LCSW, PMH-C, whose specialized training covers fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and the transition to parenthood.

Do you accept my insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and Mentaya can submit claims for a 5% fee per session. We also accept HSA payments. Benefits and reimbursement are determined by your plan.

Do you offer reduced fees?

Limited reduced-fee arrangements may be available based on individual circumstances. If cost is a concern, ask about current options during your free consultation.

Where will we meet for therapy? How does telehealth work?

We can meet in person at our Denver Highlands office or online across Colorado using secure SimplePractice telehealth. Many new and expecting parents find online sessions easier to fit around feedings, naps, and appointments.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes, with an optional 30-minute add-on for an additional fee. We typically recommend starting weekly and adjusting frequency together as your needs change.
