Fertility support
Make sense of the emotional toll of treatment cycles, uncertainty, relationship strain, and the pressure of trying to stay hopeful month after month.
For many, the path to parenthood is not as simple as expected. Whether you are navigating fertility treatments, grieving a pregnancy loss, or adjusting to life after birth, this journey can bring waves of grief, anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. We offer compassionate, personalized one-on-one support for every stage — in our Denver Highlands office or online across Colorado.
Support at Every Stage
Fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even conflicting — especially when you're surrounded by expectations about what this time should feel like. We meet you where you are in an authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe space.
Founder and lead therapist Hannah Snider, LCSW, holds the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), a specialized credential in the mental health of pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between.

How Therapy Can Help
Compassionate one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Room to process grief, fear, anger, or conflicting emotions without pressure, minimization, or timelines.
Strategies for anxiety, sleep deprivation, hormonal shifts, and emotional overwhelm that work in real life.
Help navigating partnership, coparenting, and family dynamics when everyone grieves and adjusts differently.
Group Support
The first year with a new baby can be one of the loneliest seasons of life — even when you're never actually alone. The First Year Circle is our therapist-led support group for new parents with babies from birth to age one. Share the real highs and lows, learn coping strategies, and connect with parents who understand. Group dates are announced seasonally.

We do not bill insurance directly. We can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and Mentaya can submit claims for a 5% fee per session. We also accept HSA payments. Benefits and reimbursement are determined by your plan.
Limited reduced-fee arrangements may be available based on individual circumstances. If cost is a concern, ask about current options during your free consultation.
We can meet in person at our Denver Highlands office or online across Colorado using secure SimplePractice telehealth. Many new and expecting parents find online sessions easier to fit around feedings, naps, and appointments.
Sessions are 50 minutes, with an optional 30-minute add-on for an additional fee. We typically recommend starting weekly and adjusting frequency together as your needs change.
Whether you're in the depths of grief, feeling lost in the postpartum haze, or carrying the emotional weight of fertility treatments, you don't have to navigate it alone. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation and let's take the next step together.
