Group Therapy

Healing happens in community

Group therapy offers a supportive and confidential setting where people with similar concerns come together, guided by a trained therapist, to share experiences, gain insights, and learn coping strategies — fostering mutual understanding and personal growth. At Lola & Me Therapy, our groups are designed to be compassionate spaces where you can connect, share, process, and heal alongside others who truly understand.

Why Group Therapy

You don't have to heal in isolation

Real connection

Sit with people who can genuinely relate to what you're going through — healing is often easier when we feel supported by others who truly understand.

Encouragement & validation

Group therapy offers meaningful encouragement, validation, and the reminder that healing does not have to happen alone.

New tools

Learn coping strategies and new tools for healing and growth, guided by a trained therapist every step of the way.

Lasting community

Many people find comfort in building a support system of others who share their experience — a community that grows week by week.

What to Expect

A brave, safe space — sometimes with a furry co-facilitator

Every group is small, confidential, and led by one of our trained therapists in our Denver office. We keep the tone authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe, so you can share as much or as little as feels right. Depending on the group, our certified therapy dog Lola may join sessions to help bring comfort, warmth, and a little levity to the room. Groups run in seasonal cohorts with set start and end dates, and enrollment is limited to keep each circle close-knit.
